Theme: Growing in Wisdom of the Body. Mystic and spiritual leader Cynthia Bourgeault defines wisdom not as knowing more, but as knowing with more of you. With these words as a guide to wisdom’s portal, we approach our time at Dayspring noticing and practicing “body awareness” – a quality of being that makes use of our body consciousness without filtering it through our mind. This moves us from our habitual need to process mentally and allows the life force with which we are imbued to fill and guide us with its presence.
Leader: Rev. Sarah Anders is the Spiritual Leader of Wild Earth Spiritual Community in metro Washington DC.
