Theme: Rooted and Grounded in Love

On this retreat we will reflect on movements of the inward spiritual life which can undergird our outward action for justice in the world.  In the silence, we will consider the value of belonging, connection, authenticity, and trust.

Leader: Wes Granberg-Michaelson is a writer, speaker and global ecumenical leader working at the intersection of faith, justice and public life.  His most recent book is The Soulwork of Justice: Four Movements for Contemplative Action.  He has a long and rich relationship with the Church of the Saviour.  

Weekend retreats run Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. The silence begins Friday night after dinner when the leader opens the retreat and introduces the theme. The group will gather for brief morning and evening reflections by the leader on Saturday. The silence ends after breakfast Sunday morning with a time of sharing and worship, followed by lunch and departure.

The cost for weekend retreats is $325.  A $150 deposit is required to register.

Dinner on Friday at 7 pm is the first official gathering. You are welcome to arrive and settle in between 3:30 and 6:30 pm on Friday. The retreat will end by 2 pm on Sunday.  Please plan to stay for the entire retreat.
