Finding Peace and Tranquility through Restorative Silence – A Weekend Retreat
In the silence we will step away from the loud demands for our attention, our social anxieties and the search for relevance, and we will open to the restoration of self-actualized peace that leads to joy.
Quiet Day
Quiet Days offer time for silence in community, sacred space for opening to the Spirit. A leader will begin the retreat with a brief reflection leading into the silence.
Self-Guided Day Retreat
Self-guided retreat days allow individuals to structure their own day retreat. On these days up to six individuals are welcome to use the Lodge, in silence, between 9-5.
Deepening Our Capacity for Meditation and Connection with the Divine – A Weekend Retreat
We will explore singing/chanting, breath work and body-oriented centering, and imagery/guided meditation within the spacious silence of retreat.
Good Friday Quiet Day

Earth as Guide – A Weekend Retreat
Come, join me for a weekend of stillness and attentive wonder. We will soak in the silence of meadow, grasshopper, pond and frog aware of the ways the sacred land of Dayspring freely feeds, guides and nourishes in this season of growth.
